Eggplants (Aubergine)

Hello everyone! This is my first post for my 'House of Miniatures' blog. I decided to start off by uploading the pictures of egg plants I made out of clay as a preview of it was released a month ago on Clay Flower Art's Facebook fan page.

Eggplants, also known as 'brinjals' and 'aubergine' in British English are fruits that are often mistaken to be vegetables. They originated in India, are grow during the night. They belong to the same genus as tomatoes and potatoes, and are used in popular dishes such as Ratatouille.
